Went to the Outlet in Sainsbury's Isle Of Wight as had been to numerous jewellers to get a replacement watch strap for my Breil watch and nobody could help me. Jason came to the rescue and cut a leather strap to fit. He was so professional. It was an exact match and fitted perfectly. Jason went more than the extra mile and he is definitely an asset to Timpsons. I can't thanks him enough for what he did. Excellent customer service and will definitely go there again
