Needing a replacement car key, I visited the Hill Barton Road store in Pinhoe, Exeter. Greeted by friendly employee Wayne, I was impressed from the start by his professionalism and eagerness to help. The job wasn’t a straightforward one, and Wayne explored several options for me, resulting in three visits to the store before he could complete the job. He kept me informed with calls to my mobile, and really went the extra mile to help me. He is a great guy and a brilliant ambassador for Timpsons, just the kind of person you need in that role. Nothing was too much for him and he always served with a smile.
