Timpsons ripped me off. A few weeks ago I took a pair of trousers in for dry cleaning. A relief worker attended to me and quoted £8.99. When I asked when the price had gone up he said it had always been £8.99 and I should have always been charged £8.99. He said this with an attitude. Almost confrontational. Turns out, the charge for a pair of trousers was £7.99 and in April went up to £8.49 so not only was this guy wrong, he ripped me off in the process. When I later complained in-store, the manager apologized and said that they had received other complaints about this individual (he said he thought his name was Lewis). My advice, fire this idiot. He is a liability to your business!
