I am from out of the area but currently residing in Stockport temporarily- I have had the need to use the services at Timpson, Tesco, Burnage in recent weeks. Adam is always happy, polite and welcoming. This I find a consistent approach and quality from your staff in Tesco Willowbrook Centre, Bradley Stoke Bristol - so I would always seek to find a Timpsons for any of mine or my families wide ranging needs -key cutting, shoe repairs, dry cleaning and so on. Adam has been very helpful and sincere in his communication and I would like to thank him for this. I wander if your selection and interview process has a 'special person' clause! This certainly is a much valued and sadly not always seen in other customer facing businese/services -wishing you all continued success-keep doing what your doing -it is very much needed, welcome and appreciated-Thank you - The Walkers, Bradley-Stoke, Bristol.
