I went into your Clifton Down Shopping Centre branch, as I have had excellent customer service from them in the past. I wanted a memorial plaque engraved for my step father who had recently passed, your staff members Micky and Ben were very sympathetic and professional throughout. They helped me with the message to be engraved and the speed with which the job was completed was incredible. Always great service from these guys, very friendly and patient.
