I was shocked and dissapointed. I visited the shop on Tuesday22 Sept2020. I asked for life time batteries on 2 watches ( regular batteries) my partner also had 2 life time batteries but they were replacements, so no charge for those. The gentleman serving me did not offer to tell me how much it would cost,as I have a fair few watches and have life time batteries on all of them and have usually paid £13. I did not think to ask. When it came to paying Iwas shocked that I was charged £46.and some pennies. I did ask why it was so much, the gentleman asked how much I usually pay, when I told him he said "well I dont know who that was but they have charged you wrongly". I could not actually affford the money on that day and if I had of known then I would of reconsidderd. I do not see how the price can have doubled in a year. I have always been very satisfied with your services but sorry not this time.
