We arranged a one-off clean quite last minute after my granny was taken into hospital, as it became clear she would need somebody to sleep over in the spare room that had not been used properly in a very long time. Avril contacted me very quickly, found a cleaner who was available that week, and booked us in with Vicki. Vicki had her work cut out for her as my granny's cupboards and spare room hadn't been touched in a very very long time, but she rose to the challenge. My granny is now home from hospital and her sister, my great aunt, is sleeping quite happily in the spare room that now feels fresh and comfortable.
