The Tuning Room provided me with hope and understanding towards the challenges I was facing with my mind and body. I was fully committed to the journey and process travelling down from North Yorkshire most weeks and recognise the importance of regular ongoing maintenance to keep heading in the right direction to a better body and therefore life .
