I waited for too long just watching Jacob’s adjustment videos, but I was far too sceptical and nervous to come and make the 2.5 hr journey. I made the decision to put my health first before anything got worse and it ruined the things I loved to do forever. Straight away Jacob and the whole team made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust them. The difference Jacob has made for me in four weeks has been next to none! I am over the moon with the results and my anxiety to do the simple things with family and friends is fading away. I couldn’t recommend Jacob enough to anyone who can’t decide if it’s the right decision for them, because it will be x
