This journey has been an incredible one and can’t thank Jacob enough, from having a car crash in Iraq having post concussion syndrome and possibly needing spinal and neck surgery, recovering from an osteotomy and MCL knee surgery to being back smashing cardio and lifting good weights with no pain! This has all been made possible thanks to Jacob and the team at The Tuning room. My aim when we started this was to have longevity and ability to keep training and playing sport and I think we’re 90% there. The wealth of knowledge and professionalism has been second to none. Thank you and I look forward to carry on getting better every time :) 🙏🏼
