The Tuning Room Cardiff Review by Alex C, 2025-04-12T11:21:51
When I first spoke to Charlotte, I was a little sceptical. I’d been living with chronic pain from a whiplash injury I sustained back in 2001 as a passenger in a work van. Over the years, I’d seen GPs, had scans, gone through multiple rounds of physiotherapy, and been on long-term opiate-based pain medication. I was eventually told I’d just have to live with it. Charlotte booked me in for an initial assessment with Tom, and from the very start, I could tell this was something different. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and – most importantly – gave me hope that with the right treatment, recovery was actually possible. What amazed me was that Tom identified areas of my back that had never been mentioned before. After my first adjustment, things felt a bit strange at first, but the real difference hit me when I got into the car to drive home. It was like a cloud had lifted – my neck felt better than it had in years. It was honestly emotional. Now, a few adjustments in, I’m seeing bigger improvements each time and, for the first time in a long while, I’m genuinely hopeful. I would recommend The Tuning Room to anyone.
