I heard about the tuning room from friends and decided to give it a go at the end of last year. I went through a spinal analysis with Tom the owner, which was really eye opening and conducted very thoroughly. The pre questionnaire gave me a good indication of their principals and how attentive they would be; asking much deeper questions than just the surface level pain you might be experiencing. I was experiencing shoulder and hip problems, both of which were adequately addressed through a variety of chiropractic techniques. - I've recently gone through a hip arthroscopy and have been seeing them again for post op treatments. This has been doing wonders for my knee, which was experiencing the side affects of the suffering hip. - The whole team is super friendly. You can have a chat or a laugh with anyone who works there, and they do everything they can to make you feel like part of the family. All of which I find really helpful, ensuring I feel calm and relaxed before my treatments. As a result of the above, I don't waste my time going to the GP or NHS physios anymore. I don't feel they offer anywhere near the expertise or care that you get at the Tuning Room. Can't recommend them enough 🫶🏻
