I’m a 62 year old asthmatic Long Covid sufferer who 3 years ago had double pneumonia. I have tried everything to get back to good lung function. I have attended the Breathwork class at the Tuning Room for the last 6 weeks. My lungs have never felt better and my body feels so much better as well. I was very sceptical at first and can only say that I am so glad I went. The class is run by Mike Thompson and I must say how impressed I have been with him. He has an excellent teaching style and is passionate about his subject. I find myself practicing his techniques daily and my general health and wellbeing has improved immensely. I highly recommend this course to everyone and must mention that all the staff at the tuning room are very professional caring knowledgeable people. Thanks for caring Guys. Nick Grimmitt.
