After using another chiropractor in Cardiff with limited success I then turned my sights to The Tuning Room. From the very first day I knew I had made the right decision as Tom diligently and methodically went through their extensive and attentive assessment of each vertebrate and joint. Using the initial questionnaire I had completed and my verbal descriptions, they were able to pinpoint all of the issues that were hindering my ability to move and perform in the gym and my chosen sports in the session following the initial assessment. Both Tom and Ben have proceeded to do a fantastic job of fine tuning my body towards peak condition. I have also been using their personal trainers coupled with muscle therapy with the tuning room which was a great decision. Between Harry, Mike and Ollie I have already lost over a stone since starting and now max out most of the machines in the gym. All this as well as vastly improving my explosiveness, stamina and recovery times which have played a crucial role in allowing me to enhance my performances on the pitch and push me to my limits when required. What’s more than all of the services that are offered at The Tuning Room, is that after meeting everyone even in the briefest of encounters each member of the team will leave you feeling like you’ve made a friend in them and that they genuinely care about you, your goals and most importantly your progression to be the very best version of yourself. The fact they’re always wearing a warm, welcoming smile, conduct themselves so professionally and somehow simultaneously manage to relax you to the point you could almost be in your own living room receiving treatment blows my mind! Choosing The Tuning Room was without any doubt whatsoever the right decision. If you’re serious about your mind, body and general well-being it can be only The Tuning Room.
