We were extremely lucky that Jane was able to accommodate us at such short notice. She was very thorough and professional which gave us peace of mind as we have never left our cat before. We received daily updates from Jane on how our cat was doing and we returned home with the cat litter and bowls cleaned out so we didn’t have to worry about doing that after a late flight.
