We were worried about using the cat butler as we had only ever used family. However, we had nothing to worry about. Phil was lovely and met us for a previsit to discuss the cats and routines etc. regular communication was sent through WhatsApp with updates on the cats. Videos were sent on the last day off the property to ensure it was secure. Will definitely be using again. Phil was very patient with our shy cat and gave lots of attention to our attention seeking cat. They were loving it by the end of the holiday.
