First time using cat butler service. Whole experience from initial enquiry to booked visits was streamlined with simple portal access to record detailed information. Kaye was our butler, she was professional, warm and knowledgeable. Instantly likeable by both myself and our precious cat, who was all over her ( literally physically all over her!) from the first meeting. Communication was outstanding with updates following each visit and a daily video, very reassuring, enabling us to enjoy our time away worry free. Can’t thank Kaye enough for peace of mind this gave us, highly recommend and will definitely be using again.
