Jeff contacted me with a possible earlier appointment. I accepted. Jeff showed up on time, contacted me upon arrival, introduced himself, cleaned the grill inside and out, called me to check out the work. Grill thoroughly cleaned, all burners declogged and lit immediately. Grill worked like new. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again. Marty Voda/ Verona, NJ
