I was locked inside my first floor flat with no way out. I have a composite fire door and the first company I called didn’t want to know. Surelock arrived in 30 minutes. Spoke to me throughout the procedure of getting the door open explaining what he was doing and what the problem was. Fitted new barrel etc to door. Very friendly, efficient and professional. Left work area clean and tidy. Highly recommended! Brilliant job and although an expense I wasn’t expecting, very reasonable.
