Had a gent come over to fix the latch I suppose is what's it called and he was such a nice gentleman! He was so so lovely had such a nice chat with him, communication was on point! I asked him if he could kindly let me know when he would be on his way as I was at my mum's having lunch and he did and had a follow up message asking if everything was sorted too! Not to mention I mentioned our front door being a bit of a struggle to unlock and he offered to look at it and sorted it for me so quickly turns out the hinged just needed tightening! We are currently renting but as soon as we are in our new house for anything this type of work I will definitely be calling them !
