I was recommended to see Adam by a friend of mine. I had been suffering from severe neck pain and had very limited movement in my neck, along with lower back pain which I have had for over 30 years and thought I would have for the rest of my life. From the first appointment, Adam was friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable, and that I could fully trust his judgement and experience. I had some x-rays of my neck which are crucial so that he knows what to do as well as what not to do with my treatment. I have steadily improved over each treatment, as well as being diligent about the back and neck exercises which he advised me to do at home. My neck pain is now minimal and my range of motion is almost normal. My back pain has almost gone too. I feel so much better, and would highly recommend anyone with back or neck issues to see Adam. *Adam does not overtreat. I have been to other chiropractors in the past, who just adjust/crack you and send you on your way. Adam's approach is more holistic and gentle, and far more effective. My husband now also sees Adam for his back pain, as does my young adult daughter whose back pain was so severe, she could barely walk and move. She had been seeing a physiotherapist to no effect, but after a few sessions with Adam, she is now moving with ease and is pain free.
