Was told that I would get 4 american visa compatible pictures for 15 pounds. There was a bleb on one of the pictures after printing, so the lady said she would print another copy. However, the printer stopped working at this point. Then the lady proceeds to hand me the photo package - with only three pictures. When I ask why - she says that she was only meant to give me 2 for 15, but now I'm getting an third because the machine prints in twos. I'm absolutely disgusted that someone would lie to my face so blatantly, and further, make it look like she was doing me a favour by giving me an extra photo! When I challenged her, she completely denied what she had said earlier. Ridiculous! I had already paid while I was waiting, and didn't get any money back.
