I've recently used the Xtreme patio cleaner, and wouldn't use anything else. This must be the 4/5th time I've used this product. Last year I just used the karcher patio cleaner, which did a good job, but just doesn't get the lichen and black spots out the patio slabs. So easy to use, and would always recommend this product above any other.
