Just finished sealing double roman tiled roof. Have sprayed water to check and does seem to bead off. I used an adjustable lance with the sprayer giving me 5.4 metres access. Laborious task, but considering it cost in total 1500 (although i probably bought 1 x 25 litre too much), as compared to a recent company quote of 17000, it's well worth it. I also suggest buying more than you think you will need. My thanks to Nick Kirwan who gave relevant advice and was always available to answer any questions.
