Been using products for a while which are fantastic, but had an issue with delivery (DPD at fault, not smart seal). Was on the phone a total of 6 mins with Keiran and the issue was resolved, no issues no dramas. Perfect example of what customer service should be. Thank you all for the excellent work you do, special thanks to Keiran who was just incredible.
