I hadn't cleaned a patio before and I chose this Smartseal product because of the thoroughly professional impression of the company that I formed from my initial contacts with them. That is, their Help line and their "How to" videos in particular. Despite that I was still genuinely surprised at how good the product was, how easy to use and visibly effective. I completely agree with the many positive reviews by other users.
