Bought this coloured sealer to transform a very tired patio. Its amazing! So easy to use and now looks like a new patio! It seems to penetrate the flagstone so Im very hopeful that it wont flake off. I finished off with a sealer to belt and brace it!! I have before and after photos, its a shame I cant share them. Highly recommended product.
