As i lived in one of the surrounding villages only 10min my house, I decided to call Smartseal to see if I could collect two bottles of their extreme patio cleaner. I spoke to Ricky who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He put together my order for collection within an hour which i was very happy with. Whilst I was onsite I spoke Ricky about an issue with some sealant to my own personal patio and he gave me a small sample bottle of sealant repair, which was very much appreciated. The extreme patio cleaner is fantastic and very easy to use. You literally damp the patio, spray the product on at a 1:1 dilution ratio, leave for around an hour, i personally then scrubbed with a broom at around 45 mins, then rinsed with a pressure washer. Then allow to dry and spot clean accordingly. If you do have black lichen you will need the stronger chemical as this chemical doesn’t completely remove the black spots but does make them fade.
