We recently purchased a house through Slades and I have to absolutely highlight how amazing Rob Hanwell was throughout our purchase. I’ve worked with lots of estate agents and most have been pretty good, but Rob was phenomenal! His communication was outstanding, always smartly dressed and he was so professional and polite. Even his punctuality was impressive. The biggest thing that stood out for us was when he went above & beyond by linking in with our carpet company, arranging a convenient time and day, met up them at the property, they did all their measurements (Rob waited) whilst me & my wife were at work. A few days after completion, the new carpets were fitted and then we moved all our furniture in. This saved us so much time & stress. Thank you Rob and Slades. I cannot praise them enough. Absolutely recommended 5⭐️
