My wife and I were first introduced to Slades Estate Agents in Bransgore whilst searching for a new home in October 2024. Within a short period of time, after very attentive support, James Greenhalgh at Slades introduced us to a marvellous property which we decided to purchase. The subsequent process, through no fault of Slades, turned out to be a very tortuous and protracted journey caused by lack of openness and communication from our buyers and their solicitors, and their use of a paralegal rather than a qualified conveyancer to manage the transaction. Throughout this process James and Adam at Slades remained calm and professional and were able to successfully address the various challenges we the our vendors, their clients, encountered along the way. During this period we had many different experiences with other estate agents, and we can honestly say that the team at Slades stood head and shoulders above all of the others we met. Quite simply, highly professional yet personable, courteous at all times, diligent and under pressure both calm and resilient. We would unreservedly recommend Slades to anyone interested in either buying or selling property in Bransgore.
