Absolutely outstanding. We had a disastrous experience with another provider and SHS rapidly responded to our urgent need and have been wonderfully looking after my elderly parents ever since. They are extremely helpful and flexible, and every one of their carers is really kind as well as totally reliable. I've got to know Tim, who runs the Surrey and Kent franchise, a little and he is so impressive. Really dedicated to making a difference to his clients, he repeatedly goes out of his way to help in lots of small ways as well as delivering a first rate service overall. I can't recommend them highly enough
