We recently sought a home care service for our elderly mother, who lives alone and needed a little extra support, and Seniors Helping Seniors Balsall Common exceeded every expectation. Mike and Shirley have been absolutely wonderful—quickly identifying a consistent member of their team who could help Mum with a wide range of day‑to‑day tasks, including ironing, managing online shopping deliveries, tidying the kitchen, making tea, and, most importantly, sitting with her for a friendly chat. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This was Mum’s first time receiving help in her home, and although she was apprehensive at first, she needn’t have been; she was delighted after the very first visit and really look forward to Nikki’s support and companionship. Mike and Shirley go above and beyond to ensure excellent communication with the family, giving us real peace of mind knowing Mum was in such caring hands.
