Had a horrific experience with Ryder & Dutton, the service is shocking, they let both myself and my tenants down numerous times with no apology. Even when I raised a formal complaint with senior management after months of problems it took over a month of chasing to get any response. One of a multitude of issues was that it took nearly 6 months of chasing to get some monies I was owed from them back!! Every time they were challenged they blamed the tenants and the work men even though we knew it was outright lies. Finally managed to terminate my contract with them.
