Richard and his team were excellent in helping us obtain planning permission and listed building consent for a large extension for our new home. There were many challenges with the local planning authority and also dealing with the objection comments. Richard handled the case very professionally and we managed to obtain our planning permission despite these challenges. I would thoroughly recommend RKA to anyone looking for an architect with excellent design skills and an ability to steer his applications through the planning process with relative ease.
