The level of customer service I was provided through out the transaction was just fantastic. The staff who handled the drop off of my items, to the communication to let me know it was ready for pick up, and the amazing customer service when I went to collect my suits. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. I plan to only use these guys moving forwards.
I visited your Timpson’s concession in the Reddish branch of Morrison’s today, 14th December, to have a battery replaced in my watch, when I was told the price of the battery replacement I queried it as I thought it was rather expensive. The response I got was so rude from the assistant behind the counter, I didn’t see her name badge, she was a middle aged lady with blonde hair in a pony tail and she took me completely by surprise with her over the top response. Not only did she raise her voice at me, she repeated several times that she doesn’t make up the prices, she merely quotes the prices and then continued to say that she was sick of customers complaining to her all day and then she turned her back on me and walked into the back of the shop and disappeared. It was frankly very poor customer service at best, I appreciate we can all have bad days at work but one should never take ones mood out on the customer. I left without purchasing the battery I required and personally I think this particular member of staff is in need of some customer service training before she frightens any more of your customers away.
Lesley looked after me when I took in my 2 pairs of large curtains & swags & tails for dry cleaning. She was really helpful & so kind & cheerful & I will definitely return to use the service again & recommend it to my friends. Lesley really "went the extra mile".
I went to your shop in Morrisons in reddish with a mechanical watch to repair, I was told he could not do anything and take it to sainburys in hazel grove. I thought the idea was for him to take the watch and send it to your repair centre. Unless I'm wrong then I apologise. Disappointed.
Lesley has served me the past few times I have been. She has helped me get the best deal for me and advises me on how to take care of my dry cleaning. My husband’s suits always come back quicker then expected and are cleaned to high standard.
