Manny is a fantastic staff member, always so happy and lovely to speak with. We use Timpsons for all of our key cutting (we are a multi-property HMO management company) and have really been impressed with the customer service received by him. The man deserves a serious pat on the back and others should strive to be more like him. Will definitely be using him again!

I use this branch all the time for shoe repair, dry cleaning and laundry, on the whole a fantastic service. Slight issue this time in that the leather soles I requested turned into rubber ones. Issue was resolved straight away and I’m delighted with the new soles.
You did well very satisfied with my dry cleaning.I had the premier service and it was worth it.
Sarah served me today with adjusting the watch strap, taking links out. I’d been quoted £45 in town and the Hummingbird did the same job for £10- fantastic service. I’ll be back with my other watches next week. A bargain and service with a smile! She even gave me one of her chocolates!
I came to the shop on Sunday and was greeted by a lovely lady called Claire, who was nothing but helpful! She offered me clear instructions for questions I was unsure on (ironing my girlfriends satin dress) as I had a Christmas party that day she offered to get my shirt and the dress sorted straight away and nothing was too much hassle for her. It’s people like that who make times like Christmas a joy.

Two years ago I visited Timpson in Newcastle under Lyme and till then it's the only dry-cleaning I trust. The manager Kirsty is really friendly, polite and keen to help. I hired also a carpet cleaner and the manager provided me with full details of how to use the machine. She was happy to answer to all my questions. I am very happy with the service. The company should be very proud for having Kirsty as a manager. Thank you for your quality service and your genuine smile!!

I had 2keys which didn’t fit first on 15th October .i returned to the store and the young man apologised and cut 2 more these didn’t fit either. On my third visit he checked the catalogue and said he would order in some keys and would ring when they arrived in 2-3 days. As I didn’t get a call I made a 4th visit and dealt with a different member of staff Thomas Houston who I understand is the regular staff member there.he was disinterested and offered no apology for not contacting me. He asked me why the keys had to be ordered but why would I know? He did however say he would reorder and again promised I would be called when they arrived.once again I had no call so I made a 5th visit and was met by another member of staff who was very apologetic but couldn’t find the keys. I went into store yesterday my 6th visit and Thomas Houston was back on duty.there was no greeting so I explained what had gone before and said that I was disappointed and annoyed that I had had to come back so many times and that I hadn’t been contacted as promised. He accused me of being rude and said that I was clearly in store to do some shopping so what was the problem. If anybody was being rude it was him and his tone was aggressive.he asked to see the original key and snatched it from me and proceeded to cut the keys which he had managed to find. Thankfully they do now fit do hopefully I will never have to come into contact with Thomas Houston again . I certainly won’t be going back .i have years of experience in a customer service industry and I was appalled at his attitude. I would appreciate some feedback on my complaint kind regards Mrs Patricia locker

Waited until Thomas, returned from annual leave, he is not only efficient, helpful but also lovely to deal with and nothing is too much trouble, totally trust the work he does. He is an Asset to the store
Both members of staff were excellent, they were so polite and so helpful. The young man engaged with my 3 year old daughter and made her day. Both of your staff made my day and I feel are a huge asset to your company. They were both professional and personal.
I walked in Morrisons for some groceries and while I was there I inquired about prices regarding key cutting and adjusting a watch that was too loose on my wrist. Ashley was really quick on giving me the best deals and getting on with the work. Quick and friendly customer service and spot-on job. I was really pleased with Ashley's service today. Next time I need something quick and professional I know where to go.
