On Tuesday 17th March my Grandma passed away. We were heart broken but we knew that shops, funeral directors and other government departments would be closing due to the virus. With a heavy heart we pushed forward to get everything done in day. I called into your MORLEY shop to print pictures off of my Grandma using your 7 day service, we wanted the pictures for the funeral. A lady named Jess asked if I needed help and I explained what I needed and she supported and helped me to order the pictures on your kiosk. She did this whilst I made the telephone call to see if I could get an appointment to register my Grandmas death.
I picked a 7 day film processing and paid for the goods. Imagine my surprise the next day when I receive a call from Jess to say ‘ We may be closing, so I am staying longer to get your pictures printed because I know how important they are’. Jess waited for me to arrive before she closed the shop. Jess had printed all the pictures for me and she handled the pictures with care because she clearly knew how sentimental they were for me.
All I can say, in a time when the world is panicking and my heart is broken, this lovely lady Jess just removed what could have been another blow to my grandmas funeral plans.
Wow, talk about customer service! This just goes above and beyond. Well done Jess and you are an example to Max Spielman.
Very rude staff, when I asked to cut the pictures as it’s for passport she said she can only do 2 pictures which didn’t take 2seconds. Not happy with their customer services at all.

Went ito shop this morning & staff started to serve somebody who came into shop after me . Left shop
I received excellent customer service from Jess. She explained and helped me print photos also to print a greeting card. I would defiantly recommend this store.
It takes exceptional customer service to get me to place a review but today I received exceptional customer service. I was attended to by Kirsty ( who I believe usually works in your castleford branch). I was in your store for approx 2 hours and Kirstly was excellent. She advised me the best way to get the correct sized prints I wanted. Adjusted them for me where needed. Showed me how to use my phone more. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and good fun too. She went above and beyond my expectations and I came away a very happy customer and will be returning tomorrow thanks to Kirsty helping me with some ideas for gifts. Whilst helping me for 2.5 hours she also served 2 to 4 customers continually throughout the time I was in store. I can be highly critical and do expect good customer service from anywhere but today Kirsty exceeded herself, exceeded my expectations and certainly gave 100% for Max Spielman. Well done and thank you Kirsty.

The lady at the Morley store is always so helpful. I visited at the weekend for a passport photo for my children and also to print some instant photos from my phone. She was lovely and efficient with the passport photo and the kids were thrilled when she offered them a sweet.
Every time I visit the Morley store I'm impressed with how helpful the lady is, and even when it's really busy she's excellent at making sure everyone is being served.
I know I will get a good service if I visit the Morley store.
From start to finish, my experience in store was amazing. Thanks to Jess and Cathy I now have some precious memories taken from an old strip of negatives, well over 20 years old, of my military service. To have these memories brought to life was an overwhelming experience for me and I cannot thank you both enough. I have been showing off my pictures and recommending you to family and friends. A big thank you doesn't seem enough. x
Wanted a photo printing and putting in a heart shaped photo frame, the service I received from Cathy was just the best, fantastic service well done.
The staff are so helpful and give good advice. Great ideas for birthdays and christmas too 👍

Morley shop, 19.09.19, Jonathan helped me use the printing machine and could not have been more helpful. He has a really bubbly personality, was efficient and caring and a pleasure to be with.
Received very good service on both occasions I visited from staff who are very helpful

I was served today by a young man called jonathan he was so helpful the shop was busy he was pleasant polite .He was serving about three people at the same time with a beautiful smile. maybe you could hire him out to some of the department stores as a customer service training officer.it was a pleasure to shop in this store it was good old fashioned customer service something you don,t get very often these days.
Friendly staff, clean and does what it says on the tin, just at a price point that makes you realise why people buy prints on the Internet rather than the High Street.
