I went in Yesterday to print photos off my phone I haven’t done this before, on arriving the young girl was behind the counter on her mobile she looked at me then put her phone down as if I was an inconvenience, she didn’t seem to want to help at all, her customer service was shocking I felt like I was putting her out.
I will not be returning to this store again if this member of staff is working
I went into the shop to get my final photographs printed for university that I have to put into a portfolio. I bought the portfolio in Asda and proceeded to have my photos done on the instant prints. Without hesitation, the lady working today, the 19th November at 16:45 ish(I didn’t catch her name but she had brown hair and was working on her own, she said she was new!) came over and helped me with making the prints into A4. When I came back after they were done, she had trimmed them all down to fit my portfolio and whilst I was already over the moon with how helpful she was being, she then went above and beyond and put all of the photographs in my portfolio for me. I have left the shop feeling really thankful and satisfied with what good customer service she delivered. She was extremely helpful and I can’t thank her enough for helping me with my portfolio. She had done all of this off her own back which I really appreciated.She deserves some sort of recognition most definitely!!
I came on tuesday to buy a frame. The lady who served me had blonde hair I'm not sure on her name but she was the only one in. When I arrived there was a barrier up and it said back at 2pm any customers will receive 10% on my return. As the shop is in Asda and I have a 6 week old baby I decided to go for a wander round Asda as there was 20 minutes too wait till 2pm. Upon my arrival back I bought my photo frame I wanted, she was rude and miserable. Didnt use any sort of manners and her customer service skills was absolutely shocking. I've worked with my public for over 8 years and believe me if I acted like that with my customers I'd be out of a job. I then asked her about the 10% it said you would get and she said no you have too have stood there waiting. That is an absolute joke! If that's the case it should say that on the sign shouldn't it. I will never return to that certain max spielmann counter again. I've since spoken to my nanna and grandad about by visit there and they said when they have been in its been the same with them. No want to help customers at all and I think this is pretty disgusting to be honest. Maybe you should send your staff on some customer service courses.
