I took a very old wedding photo to be copied and the store assistant who's name was Jennifer informed me that she could improve my photo, by taking out all the brown spots and the cracks out so I agreed and left the photo with her. I returned to collect my photo and I was super impressed, not only had Jennifer done what she said she would she had even been able to repair the small hole from the top of the photo, I was delighted I didn't think that it could be done. Really appreciate Jennifer's hard work, and professional and helpful advice.I even received a pendrive with a copy of my photo on just incase I required more copies. The price was really great too
I won't hesitate to go back should I require another photo service. Thank you
I phoned Asda first to see if Max Spielmann was open and Mark answered, is helpful manner made me decide to go to Asda at Burnden Park, Mark was the assistant who served me with photos I needed taking off my phone and printing out. I had no clue how to do this and he was extremely helpful and could have not done any more than he did. His helpful caring attitude is what should be carried out with all people working in stores etc., unfortunately it isn't. It makes shopping so much enjoyable and I will definitely revisit, hopefully Mark will be on duty when I next call in.
Called in to asda burnden on friday with two very old photos of my dad that we wanted to enlarge, one was very badly stained but Jenny spent time cleaning them up and managed to get rid of most of the stain, We are over the moon with the results, Jenny is amazing at what she does, very very friendly and politeful, couldnt do enough for us. These photos are the only ones we have of Dad and she brought him back to life for us. Jenny you are a wonderful asset to Max Spielmann. thank you so much and we will see you again with other photos,,
Jennifer was first class from start to finish. She was polite, considerate and took time to explain all the options open to us. We opted for a print on a cushion and the result was excellent. An all round brilliant experience.
I called in to ask about making a photo book for our 50th wedding anniversary, being a pensioner and not tech minded the lady who served me called Jennifer was brilliant. She explained how to go about getting the images onto a smartphone or USB stick, thank you for taking the time with me. Well done.

I received a very upsetting unprofessional service at 16:10hrs today from a staff member (clerk0001) who said she was the manager. Admittedly she was useful, but without a smile, in showing me how to print photos from my mobile phone. I then asked if she did photocopying prints on A4 paper and how much would this cost? I gave her my 3 photos and she copied them twice without giving me a price. My total bill came to £4.65p. I paid and left the store, but then realised each A4 sheet had cost me 75p. In hindsight it would have been a better quality and cheaper to have printed all photos on the store photo machine. I returned and spoke with the same girl and said “you’ve charged me 75p per A4 sheet is that right?” She said disinterestedly, “yeah 75p for colour 35p for black and white” I replied “you should have told me that when I asked”. She got really defensive and stated that I was being really rude and she didn’t need to deal with my attitude. I wasn’t at all rude, I proceeded to tell her that my friend had just died and that these 3 photos of his electric wheelchair were needed so I could advertise it for sale. She said in an aggressive manor, “well that’s not my problem and I’m not giving you a refund, just go away!” I am absolutely appalled by this staff members disgraceful attitude, lack of understanding and lack of empathy. I will never use these services again at this store if she is managing. I’d love to name and shame her but that’s not my intention, what I do expect is for her line manager to take her to one side and teach her an acceptable level of how to deal politely with customers and offer the best service that achieves the customers requirements.

I have just visited the photo department in Asda Burnden Park and just wanted to say that I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Jennifer.She went above and beyond what was required of her in helping a customer, she is an asset to your company, Thank You Jennifer
Went in to have clocks done for Christmas photos turned out blurry so got a refund and now they have taken the money again, not happy and going back to the store tomorrow!
Awful! I will never use asda max spielmann ever. The service was shocking. Your colleague that was working at burden park Bolton asda was extremely rude. First of she said she was open but would not help me then said she was actually closed at 5.45pm On a Thursday evening. She refused to serve me. She then started raising her voice at me in front of other customers telling me that I have an attitude when all I needed was some help. I’m unsure if she is a colleague that is always rude to her customers and works with an attitude or if it is racial. I asked for her name and refused to give it as she must have known she is in the wrong or been in this situation multiple times. In my opinion if you feel your not in the wrong you would give your name as you would expect your company to support you. She also threatened and said there is nothing I could do as she was the manager. She is a poor member of staff and is clearly loosing you custom and I feel in the best interest of your company this staff member needs addressing on her service or removed from your company to prevent further loss of business. I can provide further details if required.
The customer service i received when i was in the store was amazing, the young girl who helped me was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. I wish other companies had this level of customer service, will definitely be using this store again.
I found your bluetooth machines extremely confusing to use as i usually use Boots where you connect through a leed. I had assistance from an advisor, a young blonde girl with stupidly long acrylic nails. She was helpful, however the entire time i was there i had to listen to her bad mouth a previous customer whilst on the phone to a collegue. She continued to do this whilst helping me AND whilst i paid. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Whilst helping me she also stated it would be cheaper to print my pictures a different way, to which i replied that this was the size i wanted. She again questioned me on this and then stated "im not complaining like". Again this was very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was atrocious and almost cocky. I wont be going back to this store for my photos firstly because i prefer other brands photo manchines and secondly for the terrible service.
I visited your store within asda bolton today to have some pictures printed. It was quite an emotional visit as the pictures i needed were of my mother who sadly passed away a few days prior or to my visit. I asked the lady that was present for some help as i was not really sure what to do. She could immediately see that i was a little upset and she asked me exactly what i wanted and proceeded to take charge and helped me enormously. I told her why i needed the pictures and the empathy and way in which she dealt with my request was lovely. She made a very difficult and emotional experience that little bit easier for me. I sadly did not ask her name but i am hoping that you will pass this review onto her and thank her for her kind professionalism. I think she was a manager, and as someone who also manages people i would have been proud if that was a member of my team. She is a credit to your business, and the pictures she produced for me were lovely.
I wanted information concerning the purchase of a canvas style picture the lady was busy with a customer but she took the time to speak to me I was grateful because I was on a lunch break and didn't have a lot of time she offered me good advice and I'm going to order a canvas when I have more time
I cannot praise or thank Jenni at Burden park enough.
I was trying to print a picture which had emotional and sentimental value.

I know it was only 60p , but still the kindness meant a lot to me .I came back the next day to try again and I was fortunate enough to have Jenni help me again.
