Lockforce was great at helping me out when i got locked out my room. The other guys I called came and told me they could not do anything and they'd have to drill through my lock and replace it costing me about £60 service charge and £90 for a new lock. Mark saved the day took one look at the door and said he knew what to do - opened it in 10 minutes without question. Thanks Mark, highly recommended emergency locksmith.

We can’t thank Mark enough!! I called lockforce after my wife left her keys in the house whilst loading up the car for a day trip to the beech. Mark arrived within 15 minutes and opened the front door in seconds without damaging anything. Very professional and would recommend to everyone.

OMG!!! Amazing service... I called Mark at Lockforce after locking my car keys in the boot in Henley-on-Thames. 4 other locksmiths quoted me over £200 and couldn’t get to me for 2 hours. Mark the quoted £95 and was with me in under 40 minutes. Quick friendly service.

I called lockforce in Henley today after I’d locked my keys inside the boot in the Tesco’s car park. Mark was with us before I’d finished my coffee. In less than 2 minutes he’d opened the door and retrieved my keys. I can’t thank Mark and lockforce enough.

Mark is unreliable once paid and extremely poor customer service. I got a partially completed job, a lock that had to be 'adjusted' to fit and despite 9 Whatsapps and 26 phone calls over 5 days the job was unfinished. Well it seems you play Russian roulette when you call Mark, 1 in 6 of these reviews are 1 star and the theme is the same, unreliable once paid and extremely poor customer service. I got a partially completed job, a lock that had to be 'adjusted' to fit and despite 9 Whatsapps and 26 phone calls over 5 days the job was unfinished. The real learning point is don't pay until the job is complete! Here's the saga... I originally got in touch with Mark on a Thursday night and we arranged for him to come during Friday, no problem I was working from home... the day goes by and no contact. I called 3 times during the day and the answer was the same: 'I have a customer with an emergency', by the end of the day the customer is a 'little old lady' that can't be let down. Fair enough, seems reasonable to me. Eventually Mark arrives but can't stay long as he has to pick his daughter up from school. The part he has in his van isn't the right one, but he borrows a file and makes it fit, the door isn't quite reassembled but he has to go and says it's simple and asks me to finish the last few screws, no problem, I appreciate that he is already late collecting his daughter. I pay him the cash and he says, 'if there's any problems then give me a call and be round and fix it'. I finish reassembling the door and it doesn't lock from the inside. I call Mark and ask for help. He promises to come in the morning. Tomorrow morning I cancel my gym session and wait... and wait... a few phone calls and a couple of Whatsapps and still no show. No calls to explain the delay, often no response to messages, sometimes not answering the calls. In the end we agree he'll come on Sunday. Rinse and repeat. No sign in the morning (again no gym for me), a few calls and some Whatsapps eventually gets a response of 'I'll be there at 3pm'. 3pm comes and goes and still no sign of Mark, no call, no Whatsapp, nothing. Calls are unanswered (what a surprise!) and nothing happens. I call a few times and send a Whatsapp on Monday with no response. I try again on Tuesday and get a response... amazing! He apologises profusely and offers to come round. I suggest I can move some meetings and travel home at lunchtime, but Mark suggests the afternoon. I can leave early at 4pm would that work? Yes... we agree to meet at my house between 4:00 and 4:15pm. I'm there, guess who isn't! A few phones calls over the next hour or so are ignored. It's almost 6pm now and I borrow my wife's mobile and call just after one of my ignored calls... guess what... you've guessed it, it's answered on the first ring! Mark is initially surprised that it's me, but tells me he isn't far away and will be there in 15-20 minutes. You don't need me to tell you whether he arrived! So now I'll Google the details and work out how to fix it myself, or I'll end up paying someone else! You can tell how frustrated I am spending time to write this essay and I've even attached a screenshot of some of my calls, but I want other people to avoid this complete waste of time and money. If you call Mark, I hope the bullet isn't in the chamber!

You only wanted to purchase the part and lied/mislead me about the damage you had done removing the mechanism from the door. Three times I tried to call you back and no answer. Unfortunately locksmiths don’t work for free but we do go out of our way and try our very best to help our customers in every way possible.

Lockforce saved my life today. After waiting for over 2 hours for another locksmith to arrive I called Mark and as promised he was here within 20 minutes. 2 minutes later, Myself and 2 kids were safely inside the house. Great, professional service. Highly recommend.
