Thank you so much to the lovely ladies Jamie and Antoni who helped me frame two shirts for such a good price i was quoted over double at another local store. Both ladies were very polite and would like to thank them again I will be recommending to others.
After cleaning，my jacket looks still very dirty. I am so disappointed for wasting ￡25 for doing nothing

Took two pairs of 501's for alterations on a Saturday, paid the money ( 40 pounds which I thought expensive). Went back the following Saturday at 1PM and was told they wouldn't be ready for 2 hours. What are you supposed to accomplish in two hours that you couldn't accomplish in the previous week?
In hindsight I wish I read the reviews of this disastrous place I could of saved myself some heartache and money.Shockingly Poor staff and service avoid at all cost and use stitches or denim doctor.
Was told my dress would be ready Tuesday at 4pm. Went in Wednesday at 12pm. Couldn't find the dress and then found it crumpled up on the counter in a ball. Had apparently been cleaned but wasn't ready as the "strap had broken on the dress" whilst cleaning. I pointed out that the dress has a button fastening and it was the button that had fallen off and asked when it would be ready. Was told 4pm. Partner went in at 4. Dress not ready. Would be 20 mins. I went in at 5, had to wait for the staff member to count the change in the till before I was served. Got the dress, have come home and instead of sewing a button back on where I pointed out, they have sewn the strap to the dress. I now cannot put the dress on due to the strap being sewn to the dress. Wanted it cleaning, ended up being £15 down with a ruined dress with no time to find a replacement.
Im not convinced by the quality of cleaning that goes on at this place. I took in 2 suits for dry cleaning. 1 looked clean but smelt a bit, the other had a couple of ink stains on the front.
When the suits were returned to me, the smelly one looked immaculate but still smelt (I only noticed this after getting home). The ink stained one looked like it had barely been touched. When I pulled this up, they said theyd have another go and sure enough it came back looking a lot better. Why not do this at the first time of asking?
I used this service for ages and respect some older members of staff that are a bit of Manchester feature. Unfortunately when I had to cancel the order and ask for refund and in due course it was not showing on my accounts the manager said that it went to another account, they don't keep record and I deliberately!gave them another card for refund . He could not proove it was refunded andasaid I told you ten times! it wentwto another account. Would not recommend them now. And 40 pounds is rather too much for half length curtains anyway!
Staff are Very happy to help you with clothing and also they don't photo copys FROM your mobile phone
I needed a zip replacing as it had a problem fastening, and a velcro patch removed from a top. I had to pre pay, before they had done anything, when my girlfriend picked it up she inspected it, it was the same zip! Nothing had been done to it! Velcro patch still there and zip still broken! They had it for A WEEK and done absolutely nothing! If my girlfriend hadn’t inspected it, they would have happily let her walk out with it being already paid for! It’s not my first problem with them but it will definitely be my last.
Poor job. Cleaning is poor. Ironing is poor
Worst quality ever!! I brought my shirt just to shorten the sleeves. Few days later, my shirt was just ruined.
Had a badly damaged coat repaired and laundered for £18, was decent turn around and folded nearly in convenient bag. Staff weren't that cheerful to say the least, which makes an odd atmosphere and awkward for customers. Basic hello, thankyou , goodbye rule of customer service...
