Lee was very very helpful, friendly and polite. He showed us around the property very easily and answered my questions. When we put the offer on the property it was a very easy process.
Being an Agent myself I know how things work. This office has its great moments but sadly a lot of the time has its bad moments. Communications is poor, information given is dreadful and inaccurate. We were due to complete before Christmas and completed 2 months afterwards because people in the office didn't listen and information relayed was wrong and false to such a point nothing was done for the first 6 weeks we were under offer(despite us being told it was being done). I have lost a lot of money due to this and will never forgive them for this. Was such a shame because when I first got them round the impression was fantastic. Never judge a book by its cover clearly. Very disappointing end to living in such a lovely first home with my wife and son but onwards and upwards to better things and agents hopefully.
If you could review lower than one star i would as the communication in the last five months has been awful. I am now taking the house off the market and putting it elswhere.
Steven was very good when he came to value our property. We are still thinking about selling our property but if we do than we will be coming to you. I was very happy with the price and the fees. When I was comparing you to the other agent the price was exactly the same but we just preferred your agent.
Shevannah has been very good, helpful and has constantly kept us informed. I found the level of viewings to be very good and the feedback was given to me with in 24 hours. It was very useful and helpful to hear as we found out what people did and didn't like. Overall I am very happy with everything.
Shevannah has been my main point of contact and she has been fantastic! I was only on the market for a short time as I found it was a little quiet so we are going back to Howard Cundey after the new year. I received feedback and regular updates. There is nothing you could do to improve the service as I was happy with everything.
Very unprofessional. Couldn’t even be bothered to tell us if an offer had been accepted. When calling the next day we got “Oh yes, it’s a no! “. Then when I asked why I wasn’t contacted I got told “ We did didn’t we!”
Staff need customer service training. Manager was apologetic.
A concerning experience buying with Howard and cundey last year. Buying our house we had to call mulitiple times to get things moving/done even on day of move. Highly stressful no one bar us was organised. Selling it a year later it was valued far less than other estate agents we had in buy a good £20,000k. Maybe the reason property sells too quickly because owners are not getting the full worth of their house. It was under valued when we purchased it ourselves. Regardless of when you buy a property, prices in this area have gone up. Price goes up when works done and should be consistent with similar houses in the area and at least the same road! You cant value 2 well presented houses next to each other both very similar at £25,000k difference. I dont know how they value. Stats probably obtained online before coming to value. Who knows! This cost them selling our property because they lacked confidence in the market and our house. We was never on the same page sadly. Nevermind.
