Estio Training Leeds Reviews
I had a positive experience with estio as I felt that they were very helpful with the whole process and process went very smoothly.
Very good communication and informative
Estio Training (and in particular Tom Lindley) have helped me an extravagant amount with securing myself an apprenticeship. Tom was always looking for new allocations, and informed me when new ones came up, so he could send my CV off to them. He also helped me amend my CV to make it as clean as possible. Great work from Estio.
Very happy. Applications were handled smoothly, very responsive and informative whenever I had questions to ask. Took less than a month to get a confirmed apprenticeship in my local area!
The whole appliaction process was excellent . There was great comunication and I knew each step of the appliaction process.
Ciara was very helpful and got back to me very quickly, was very professional and answered all of my questions when needed.
Ciara has been really good and informative throughout the whole process and has given me help whenever I’ve needed it. Thank you for the opportunity
Please READ if you are considering going with Estio Training, Most of the positive reviews on here are people that have just got there interview or just being enrolled onto the nightmare journey with Estio, From the start there was continuous issues communication related, the first "trainer" didn't even turn up after the 1st time which I had to be reallocated a different trainer, When I finally got started I thought that it was going really well until the first meeting! which the trainer decided to tell me face-face to "get a life" because of my "hobbies" which is related to IT and has always been, Estio don't want to know that they have absolute degenerates working for them, Please..PLEASE if your thinking of going with Estio read mine and other 1 Star reviews cause this shows the true extent of how BAD estio is. I didn't completely my apprenticeship cause of the disgraceful attitude issues that Estio Employees have and the Lousy effort from Managers, Estio caused my mental health difficulties to become much more severe and that is at the hands of the very people that are meant to "teach" and "train" you in a "comfortable" environment.
Estio will likely reply to this in the future with a standard copy & pasted response that says they are "sorry" to hear about this review but trust me.. nothing gets done and this is how you will be treat as an apprentice.
Reply left 28/07/2020: Hi Jake, I’m Amy. I am genuinely saddened to read about how you feel your experience at Estio has been. As an ambassador for positive mental health, it is very important to me that we do everything we can to understand the concerns you’ve raised. We have a dedicated customer care team who are there to listen and identify areas where improvements can be made for all learners. I encourage you to contact them at email@example.com and they can either arrange a telephone call back, or if you’d prefer, a video call as I recognise that face-to-face can sometimes be better. In the meantime, I want to make sure that you have access to support services you might need. If you email either customer care or firstname.lastname@example.org with an FAO for Amy S in the subject line, it will find me and I can send you some website links and telephone numbers. Finally, I know that sorry is often easily said but not often meant, but I am genuinely sorry for how you feel and I very much care. Best Wishes.
Got me an apprenticeship fast with very little complications. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely pleased with the service, really nice genuine people, couldn't have helped me out enough
They were very helpful and kind throughout the entire process, I was kept up to date constantly through email and phone calls with no spam whatsoever. They checked how I was feeling about the job with each interaction I had with the job company and made sure I was always at my best when it came to important things like the interview.
Through out my time at Estio, I had constant support- both when at work and at the training centre. My skills coach - Annie A - was always available to contact when I had any questions about my course, and passionately provided ways of how I can develop my skills to grow as a person and in my area of learning.
Tom is very professional and kind. Great experience.
Estio has been a great apprenticeship provided and allowed me to gain a great qualification. Annie has been very helpful in my progression throughout the apprenticeship and the teaching has been excellent.
Great from start to finish.
Rude woman emailed me and recognised her name from when had an interview she walked past and didn't even say hello back or acknowledge anyone was in the waiting area. email@example.com . Really put me off having an interview, no communication skills for starters. Simply rude and ignorant!
Massive help in getting an apprenticeship, really happy with the support. Can't wait to continue!
Estio were very professional and helpful during my time of obtaining an apprenticeship. Especially Tom, who guided me through the process and explained everything well.
One of, if not the best experience I've had through securing a job. Estio were very insightful and guided me every step of the way, especially Tom.
