Unfortunately estate agents have a bad reputation and in previous experiences I can see why which is why coming across Brian Cox was the biggest breath of fresh air! We could not be any more happier and luckier that the property we fell in love with was marketed and purchased through Brian Cox. I honestly do not know where to even start.. but I hope this review will sum it up in a nut shell.
Our first dealings were with Daniel, simply a straight up lovely guy to deal with from the get go, he was not pushy or impatient like many estate agents do and gave us honest advice on our property search and also advice on our sale (in another area). When we did receive an offer on it Daniel gave us some great advice on negotiating the price which we really appreciated. Brian Cox only sent across properties that matched our requirements instead of sending us listings for the sake of it. The team listened and knew exactly what we were looking for, they didn't bombard us (like many agents do!) and gave us the space and time to think through properties that were shown to us. When we found our property we mainly dealt with Daniel, he kept us in the loop with the offer and once agreed he was genuinely very happy and excited for us. Daniel did not pressure us into a sale the fact he was so patient with us and answered our many questions patiently made us feel so comfortable . Daniel kept us posted through the whole entire process, providing us daily updates (which is so helpful when it comes to anxious buyers like us!) we were never kept in the dark or out of the loop. The service at Brian Cox has been nothing but excellent and friendly. My phone calls were always answered so politely and should Daniel not be around another member of staff was always happy to help and assist where they can.

Not professional at all, like a previous tenant I am still chasing deposit after 5 weeks.Spoke with at least 5 people.Horrible service. Never again.I will go to somewhere else.
Unprofessional, terrible, very bad experience I had renting from them.
Terrible service! Been calling for a couple of days now and they keep saying theyâ€™re colleague is currently unavailable. Everyday itâ€™s the same thing. I can imagine how it would be renting from them so will be definitely staying away from this agency.
I donâ€™t know where to begin, the staff are super unhelpful and they work with UNRELIABLE landlords. My one bed was fairly dated and had a few issues with some of them not being addressed because the landlady reckons the for example broke oven was always like that and worked fine. They just go with it and wonâ€™t go anywhere beyond this.
Now finally moved out was the biggest joke of all time! Firstly they didnâ€™t even know I vacated the property although I handed my key in on the date as arranged. Then I called to chase my deposit only to hear that they couldnâ€™t find my check out report. I was promised to be called back every time I called but that never happened so itâ€™s an endless chase. So now the biggest Fauxpas is that the landlady wonâ€™t respond to repay my deposit... and they wont do anything about it!! Ridiculous, moved out over three weeks ago and the landlady decides to not get in touch and I now have to pay money to sing a statutory declaration to get my money back. Avoid!! Better estate agencies than this one. Oh and I was told I owe them a days rent, when I challenged it I havenâ€™t heard back from them, was asked in an email to make a payment of the outstanding amount. So disappointing! Staff are very unfriendly about everything
Maybe is not bad agency, but Daisy is a very liar person. When i was into the office an told her about happened, she was looking to me like stupid..and every her answer was been: is not my mistake;i didn't knew this; all people ignore me and i couldn't provide your information....
