Quba provided us with some great insights on where customers were dropping out of our checkout process, and helped us tidy up our Analytics profile to correct tracking issues we had. As a fresh pair of eyes looking at our website, they identified things we were too close to spot. The improvements they suggested are hopefully going to lead to fewer dropouts and an overall higher conversion rate – they’re certainly going to help make our users experience a better one. The report they produced for us was very comprehensive, they were quick to pick up an understanding of our business, it’s needs and our customers behavior and were a pleasure to work with.
