My view is that Putterills is the best agency in the country. A bit of an overstatement one may think, but having dealt with various agents in the last 10 years I can only reflect on negative experiences. However, Ricky and Lucy of Putterills made me change my mind on this. When you get an estate agency really working for your interest… you can tell. I am not stating this for flattering. I am just stating this so as to bring back the humanity factor, which seem s to be missing from today's transactions. You get agents trying to do their jobs. Then you get agents trying to go the extra mile. When Lucy texted me - while on her holiday with her husband - checking on if everything is ok with the transaction process - that was beyond belief. I literally had to apologise to her for taking her holiday time dealing with my conveyancing issues. Her response was remarkably humble. Solution is the word. Putterils provide solutions - while other agents just try to get you on their books. This is the difference. Lucy, Ricky and the rest of their fantastic team [Carrie, Abigail, Carly et al] all have been responsive, caring and most of all, human!!! To cut a long story short, I wish that all of my future transactions would be through them, or through people of the same ethic. One downside I can put out there is that they only work until 1700. I think they should be working 24/7!
