We have been swimming with puddleducks for several years, from baby lessons up to swim academy. We love the way the teachers explain the reasons for what they are teaching, and for their energy and enthusiasm with the children. They are so positive and patient and encouraging and give the children such a confidence boost. The pool side assistants are always friendly and the customer care advisors are quick to respond and so friendly and approachable in their emails. Smaller class sizes have suited our little ones well and though we tried other providers after the pandemic, we soon moved back to pufdleducks. We value the flexibility to use catch-up classes when we have to miss a lesson. We are so grateful to be part of your puddleducks community and for all the incredible support, expertise and advice that gets shared on a swimming and parenting level. Thank you!
