Malcolm when phoned came the very next day, (royal wedding bank holiday!), after the council said i'd have to wait till after the weekend for a callout from their pest control dept. He laid rat traps and poison that killed the buggers off almost immediately, they were in the traps the very same day. Since then no sign of them, they are gone! Malcolm left some trays of poison to make sure and also forgot his torch which was an added bonus. Cheers lad
