From first point of contact found to be very helpful and informative with a very quick response time. Louise arrived on time to remove 2 wasp nests, she was friendly, polite and explained what she was going to do and got on with the job and successfully removed the wasps nests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise/Pestforce and would definitely use them again if needed.
