I found Owen on Google and made an enquiry based on his reviews. Owen slotted me in as quickly as he could (was not an emergency) he came out within 4 working days. He provided an estimate so I knew what to expect beforehand and text me to let me know when he was coming. He was efficient and knowledgeable - he knew how to fix the problem straight away. His pricing was fair and he was honest when confirming the final cost plus I was able to pay using different methods. He was polite and respectful when visiting my home. Thanks, would use again.
